Where do you ship?

Currently, we only provide delivery within West Malaysia only.


Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.


How long do you ship the item?

Delivery will be within 5 – 7 working days except for weekends or public holidays.


How to track my order?

We will update your tracking number to your order right after we have shipped it out. You may find it at My Order > View Order Details > Track Your Parcel (click the link).


Note: Any further information about the delivery status of your parcel, you are advised to refer to courier service company as delivery circumstances are beyond our control.


Can I change the shipping address of my order?

You can only change your shipping address before you place your order. Once payment has been completed successfully, no changes can be made.


What can I do if I have placed an order with the wrong shipping address?

If you have successfully made a payment for your item, you will not be able to change your shipping address. Kindly arrange for someone to collect the parcel on your behalf at the address you initially provided.


How much is the shipping fee?

  • Flat Rate: WM RM15 (Available in West Malaysia only)
  • Free shipping: Purchase above RM100.00 in a single order.
