Return & Refund Policy
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return & Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund within seven (7) days upon receipt.
Application for the Return of Item
1. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
a. The Item has not been received by Buyer;
b. The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
c. OPPA MART has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
d. The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by OPPA MART in the listing of the Item;
e. The Item received is a counterfeit item;
f. The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
g. The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);
2. Buyer’s application must be submitted via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.Please follow the format as below:-
Subject: Return item for Your Order Number
OPPA MART ID (can be found on My Profile):
Reason to return: Please state the reason as stated in Clause 1 (a-g)
3. OPPA MARTwill review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.
Condition of Returning Item
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to OPPA MART in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
Liability of Return Shipping Fee
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from OPPA MART's end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the buyer), OPPA MART will bear the buyer's return shipping fee.
Buyer will only be refunded after OPPA MART has received the returned Item. The refund amount will be made in credit term to Buyer’s OPPA MART's wallet.
Step to return unfinished item
1. Print your purchase receipt (you can get it from your registered email with OPPA MART website)
2. Pack and wrap nicely your unfinished items and send them back to our warehouse: 1A, Jalan MJ32, Taman Merdeka Jaya, Batu Berendam, 75350 Hang Tuah Jaya, Melaka
3. The shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
4. Please make sure your unfinished items are unopened, undamaged, and in good condition with the validity of 6 months.
5. Upon checking in 14 days, we will issue the balance credit to your OPPA MART wallet.
6. Any unfinished items that do not meet the above-mentioned requirement will not be entertained.
